What Hyperio is

Hyperio is a self-tracking tool. You log things about your day – energy, sleep, mood, exercise, and more – and Hyperio turns that into scores and trends meant to help you see whether your own habits, diet, or supplement choices seem to be making a difference over time.

Not medical advice

Hyperio is not a medical device, and it doesn’t diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition. The scores and trends it shows you are wellness estimates based on what you choose to log – they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they shouldn’t be used to make medical decisions. Always talk to a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional about any health concern, and before making any changes based on something you’ve seen in Hyperio. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately – don’t rely on this app.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Hyperio.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for what happens under your account.
• The information you give us (like your email) should be accurate.

Premium subscriptions

Hyperio Premium is a paid subscription, billed and processed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings; cancelling stops future billing but doesn’t retroactively refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise. Prices may change, and we’ll give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect for your subscription.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• Use Hyperio for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm the service or other users.
• Try to access another user’s account or data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure beyond normal use.

Your data

What we collect and how we use it is covered in full in our Privacy policy. You own what you log; we just process it to run the app, as that policy describes.

“As is”, and our liability

Hyperio is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its scores and estimates are precise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyperio and its developer aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be excluded under UK law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Hyperio after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
